On 10 November 2025, the Professional Association of Horticulture Indonesia (PPHI) participated in a Roundtable Discussion organized by The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) under the theme “Strategic Agribusiness Partnership.”
The forum brought together representatives from government institutions, industry leaders, business associations, and agribusiness stakeholders from both Indonesia and Australia to explore opportunities for stronger collaboration within the agricultural sector. Discussions focused on building strategic partnerships that can drive innovation, improve productivity, and address future challenges in agribusiness development.
PPHI’s participation in this important dialogue reflects the association’s commitment to expanding international networks and fostering cross-border cooperation that benefits Indonesia’s horticulture sector. The exchange of ideas and experiences during the discussion provided valuable insights into sustainable agricultural practices, food security initiatives, investment opportunities, and the adoption of innovative technologies.
Through its active involvement in international forums such as this, PPHI continues to support the development of a more resilient, competitive, and sustainable horticulture industry. Strengthening partnerships between Indonesia and Australia is expected to create new opportunities for knowledge exchange, capacity building, and mutually beneficial collaboration in advancing agribusiness and horticulture in the years ahead.
